Hot Skillet Productions

Hot Skillet Founder, Leslie Liberatore

Hot Skillet Productions is a marketing and public relations agency specializing in all things food, beverage and music related. Since we work with three things we love immensely we’re downright good at what we do. Hot Skillet offers up a balanced blend of digital “new school” marketing and good old traditional marketing rooted in the core principles that make brands vibrant, relevant and respected.

Our founder, Leslie Liberatore, has been in the restaurant business in some shape or form for 20 + years. Before she joined the marketing side of the restaurant business she spent loads of time in the casual dining universe slinging fajitas, making pizza boxes and wearing polyester uniforms on behalf of national restaurant chains.

After a 10 year run as in-house PR & marketing director for the $532 million Chevys Inc. flagship brand Chevys Fresh Mex, Liberatore switched over to the agency side of the business joining Park City, Utah-based Strategic Communication in 2001. At Strategic Communication Liberatore worked on the PR team promoting Nike athletes during the 2002 Winter Olympics in Salt Lake City and the (then) InBev USA portfolio of brands (Stella Artois, Rolling Rock, Becks, Dos Equis). In 2006 Liberatore started Hot Skillet Productions, an agency focused on the unique needs of hospitality and beer industry. Among Hot Skillet’s first clients were restaurant industry powerhouses Paul Fleming and Outback Steakhouse.

Since its inception, Hot Skillet Productions has grown to become a full service agency providing digital and traditional marketing support custom-tailored to the food and beverage industry. From brand videos, website design, public relations, logo design, e-mail campaigns, SEO, SEM and branded social media content, Hot Skillet gets it done for clients on budget, on time and on target.
